Evan Richman
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Before SkyKick, Richman was at Microsoft for seven years where he held a number of product management leadership roles on the SharePoint and Office 365 businesses. Prior to Microsoft, Richman was the VP of Business Development for Digital Pipe, a Silicon Valley based networking startup and began his career as a consultant for Towers Perrin. Richman holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and B.A from the University of California, Berkeley.
Todd Schwartz
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Prior to SkyKick, Schwartz was Director of Product Management at Microsoft, where he held a number of leadership roles, including the launch and double-digit growth of Bing, AdCenter and Windows Live businesses. Before Microsoft, Schwartz worked as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting and Accenture, and held roles in venture capital, startups, and as a Captain in the US Army. Schwartz holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and B.A. in Economics from Colorado College.
Brad Younge
Co-Founder & CTO
Prior to SkyKick, Younge was at Statera –a business and technology consulting firm— for 10 years, holding a number of technical and leadership roles consulting to many of the largest companies in Denver, CO. Younge also helped to launch Statera’s SharePoint practice at the release of SharePoint 2007 and opened an expansion office in Dallas in ‘08. Before Statera, Younge was involved with two tech startups in the late 90s, gaining technology leadership experience as the 3rd employee at drugstore.com, followed by becoming a technical architect at CriticalArc Technologies. Younge holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a BS in EE from Cornell University.
Steve Bonilla
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to becoming SkyKick’s COO and CRO, Steve was COO of Spiraledge, a leading online retailer in performance sportwear with notable brands such as SwimOutlet, YogaOutlet. At Spiraledge, in addition to leading the day-to-day operations, Steve spearheaded the restructuring of their fulfillment shipping systems and customer experience, gaining competitive advantage in the ecommerce space, growing the revenues double-digit while significantly improving operating impact and profitability. For the last 25 years, Steve has held various leadership roles in technology companies such as eBay, Digital Impact (acquired by Axiom), and Accenture. Steve holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston.
Donna Day
VP of People
Prior to SkyKick Donna was Director Global Talent Acquisition at Sprinklr – a leading customer experience technology provider. Donna also held senior HR roles at Dell Technologies. EMC, VCE and Philips. Donna is an accomplished global HR professional with experience scaling high-growth technology companies by focusing on finding the right talent and creating cultures that help employees thrive and grow professionally. Donna holds a BS in Business Management from Arizona State University.
Mike Monohan
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to becoming SkyKick’s CFO, Mike was the CFO of Pagoda inc, the developers of the top 20 ranking NEAR Blockchain. Earlier in his career, Mike spent 13 years at Microsoft doing Sales & Marketing Finance, 3 years of which he acted as CFO of Microsoft’s Enterprise Services Division in the Netherlands and another 3 years as their MCS & Premier Support CFO of 7 Middle Eastern countries based out of Dubai. Mike earned his finance bachelor’s degree from University of Washington, MBA from the Foster School of Business, and eMBA from Harvard.
