Highlights

Raleigh

What a great crew! One long-time partner mentioned that his favorite piece of the SkyKick Migration Tool is the migration of contacts, calendars, and NK2 files via the SkyKick Outlook Assistant. He said, “Many partners are jazzed about our ability to migrate data, but there are other products that do that. What really sets SkyKick apart, beyond the server sync technology, is the ability to help partners reduce or virtually eliminate theneed to go desktop-to-desktop.”

Boston

We heard lots of positive feedback about the SkyKick support team moving to 24/6 support in Boston. Our partners were excited about the expanded hours and availability. We pride ourselves in treating every migration, big or small, with the same amount of attention.

Detroit

Great SMB Live event! We went a little long, as partners had some great questions about the the differences between the SkyKick Backup product and what comes with Office 365. There is still a lot of education to be done around how to supplement Office 365 in order to provide 100% coverage.

Chicago

Had a huge turnout in Chicago for this SMB Nation event! We fielded some great conversations around a 100 user POP mail migration that we were able to automate without much work from the partner!

Vienna

We found that Partners there had experienced huge pain with risk and discovery and that they loved the presales de-risking that SkyKick can give them in a typical project.

Woburn

We demonstrated our brand-new Cloud Backup solution to applause in the audience & we spent a lot of time on partner profitability. The messafe of how such a service can be effectively administered, driving up customer satisfaction and revenue.

Las Vegas

We sponsored the Cloud Lab at the Channel Partners Conference in Las Vegas (March 16-18). We joined other Cloud-focused products and services in advising Microsoft Partners on the how and whys of moving businesses to the cloud. We met with partners of all shapes and sizes and heard some great feedback.

Where will we be next?

We are continuing to sponsor and attend events in April and May, including SMB Nation events in Washington DC, Charlotte, Phoenix, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

You can also visit us at larger events like the Ingram Cloud Summit, the Microsoft Cloud & Hosting Summit and, of course, WPC in July.

Here’s to a busy Spring ahead!
