What’s New in the Help Center

We are excited to announce several key updates in our ever-expanding  Help Center. Many of these have been in response to you, our partners. Our goal is to help you be successful, so if you have any suggestions or feedback for our Help Center content, please let us know!

Migrations

We have expanded and improved two of our regularly top-viewed articles to better help partners migrate customers from Exchange 2013 and effectively handle Directory Synchronization.

  1. Managing Local DNS, Autodiscover and Outlook Anywhere: Updated documentation for Exchange 2013, including:
    1. Internal DNS Configuration
    2. Autodiscover Configuration
    3. Outlook Anywhere Configuration
  2. Configuring Directory Synchronization for Office 365 Migration: Improved instructions, including some common alerts and how to address them and new sections for Active Directory (AD) Connect.

Cloud Backup

In response to our partners, we are continuing to create marketing materials to help you communicate to your customers the need for and value of Cloud Backup. In addition to the recently published Marketing Materials focused on Cloud Backup for Exchange, we will soon be publishing content highlighting the need for and value of Cloud Backup for SharePoint and OneDrive for Business.

Stay tuned – more to come soon!
