What does number of users/employees mean?
The core of SkyKick Platform Plans is built around the number of MSP Employees who use the Cloud Manager product to manage end-customers. For example, a Basic plan allows 3 employees to manage end-users using SkyKick technology. In addition to the Cloud Manager license, a SkyKick platform plan ALSO provides discounts on Migration and Backup products.
How is pricing for SkyKick Migration Suites and/or SkyKick Cloud backup structured?
SkyKick Migrations Suites pricing is based on each mailbox being migrated to Microsoft 365 and SkyKick Cloud Backup is based per Microsoft 365 seat being backed up.
Is usage limited with the monthly fee?
No, you can also buy a prepaid annual sku. Saving up to 20% on billing.
Is there a limit to how many users I can add to my SkyKick Account?
No. you can add as many account users as you like. They will be able to access Migration Suites and Cloud Backup and other assets in the portal. For Cloud Manager access you will have to purchase a SkyKick Platform Plan listed above which will come with a set number of users who can gain access to Cloud Manager. The SkyKick Platform Plan also provides significant discounts on SkyKick Migration Suites and Cloud Backup pricing.

When you cancel you SkyKick Cloud Manager subscription, your discount on SkyKick Cloud Backup and Migration will be terminated.
